The Violas from 3D-Strings are all made to order on a 3D printer. A wide selection of materials with different aspects and colors is available. The structural integrity of the instruments is assured by a carbon-fiber or aluminum tube running the length of the instrument. The light weight of the instruments makes long term practicing and playing a joy.
The unique tuning mechanism in the peg box makes tuning easy and very stable. An 8 to 1 reduction mechanism makes tuning easy and no fine tuners are required.
The instrument has an integrated chin rest and 3D printed shoulder rest is included.
